To remove ambiguity or uncertainty or correct error.

A. It is ordered that the above award be varied as follows:

1. By deleting the definition for “Maternal and child health nurse”in clause 4—Definitions and inserting the following:

    Maternal and Child Health Nurse means an employee who is both a Registered Nurse (Division 1) and Midwife on the Register of Practitioners of AHPRA,who is engaged in maternal and child health work (however described) within a local government council/shire,and has attained the following additional qualification:

    A post graduate degree/diploma,or equivalent,in Maternal and Child Health Nursing.

2. By deleting the word “minimum”wherever appearing in clause 17.7 and inserting “ordinary”.

3. By inserting the word “applies”at the end of clause 17.7(e) before the full stop.

4. By deleting the word “minimum”wherever appearing in clause 26.4 and inserting “ordinary”.

5. By deleting the words “clause 28.1”appearing in clause 28.2(b) and inserting “clause 28.2(a)”.

6. By deleting the word “minimum”wherever appearing in clause 28.2 and inserting “ordinary”.

7. By deleting the word “minimum”wherever appearing in clause 28.6 and inserting “ordinary”.

8. By deleting the words “clause 28.1”appearing in clause 28.6(a) and inserting “clause 28.2(a)”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 20 July 2015.
