4 yearly review of modern awards –Part-time employment and Casual employment –Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2010.
A. Further to the decision issued on 5 July 2017 in AM2014/196 and AM2014/197 ( FWCFB 3541) and the determination issued 12 December 2017 (PR598486),it is determined pursuant to section 156(2)(b)(i) of the Fair Work Act 2009 that the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2010 be further varied as follows:
1. By deleting clause 26.5(b) and inserting the following:
(b) where an employee works more than 20 days in a four week period,the 21st and any subsequent days worked in the four week period must be paid at the rates prescribed in clause 28.3.
B. This determination comes into force on and from 1 January 2018. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 these items do not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 1 January 2018.
