Expense-related allowances.
A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009,the above award is varied as follows:
1. By deleting the amounts “$828.93”and “$1644”appearing in clause 16.1 and inserting “$845.65”and “$1677”respectively.
2. By deleting the amount “$160.32”appearing in clause 16.9(a)(i) and inserting “$163.64”.
3. By deleting the table appearing in clause 16.9(a)(ii) and inserting the following:
Breakfast | Up to $17.57 |
Lunch | Up to $17.57 |
Dinner | Up to $36.46 |
Bed | Up to $85.92 |
Incidentals | Up to $6.12 |
4. By deleting the amount “$97.23”appearing in clause 16.9(b) and inserting “$99.19”.
5. By deleting the amounts “$11.32”and “$16.55”appearing in clause 16.9(c) and inserting “$11.56”and “$16.90”respectively.
6. By deleting the amount “$251.22”appearing in clause 16.9(d)(i) and inserting “$256.39”.
7. By deleting the table appearing in clause 16.9(d)(ii) and inserting the following:
Breakfast | Up to $23.11 |
Lunch | Up to $23.11 |
Dinner | Up to $42.80 |
Bed | Up to $156.37 |
Incidentals | Up to $11.00 |
B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
