Transitional review of modern awards - apprentices,trainees and junior rates - common matters - consequential variations - correction.
A. The determination issued by the Fair Work Commission on 22 November 2013 [MA000041 PR544555] is corrected as follows:
1. By deleting item A.4 and inserting the following:
“4. By deleting clause 14.5(l) and inserting the following:
(l) Apprentices will be entitled to the percentage of the applicable adult weekly wage in clause 14.1(c) (in the case of part-time and casual employees the hourly rate) for the classification of “Telecommunications Technician”as set out in the tables below:
(i) Apprenticeship commenced before 1 January 2014:
