Transitional review of modern awards - apprentices,trainees and junior rates - common matters - competency based wage progression - correction.

A. The determination issued on 12 December 2013 1 is corrected as follows:

1. By deleting the word ‘excluding’appearing in clause 19.7(b)(ii) in item A.2:

B. To the extent that item A.2 this determination is inconsistent with item A.9 of the determination issued by the Full Bench on 22 November 2013, 2 this determination prevails.

C. This determination comes into operation on the first full pay period commencing on or after 1 January 2014.
