s.318 - Application for an order relating to instruments covering new employer and transferring employees

Lend Lease Services Pty Ltd (formerly known as Lend Lease Infrastructure Services Pty Ltd)
(AG2015/1993)

Application in relation to order for transfer of business.

1. Pursuant to s.318(1)(a), the Baulderstone Pty Ltd, St Helena Tunnel Agreement 2012 (and any agreement or instrument that replaces it) does not, and will not, cover:

(a) Mr Joseph Dunne; and

(b) Mr Anthony Dunsmore,

(together, the Transferring Employees) in respect of their employment with Lend Lease Services Pty Ltd (LLS) in New South Wales.

1. Pursuant to s.318(1)(b), the Lend Lease Infrastructure Services Pty Ltd- Sydney Electrical Projects Division - Sydney Construction - Workplace Agreement 2012-2015 (or any successor agreement) covers the Transferring Employees in respect of their employment with LLS in New South Wales.

2. In accordance with s.318(4), this Order shall operate in relation to the Transferring Employees on and from the date of this Order.
