Variation of modern award - correction.
A. The order issued by Fair Work Australia on 23 March 2010 1 is corrected as follows:
1. By deleting item A.18. and inserting the following:
“18. By deleting the words “who works their ordinary hours Monday to Friday and starts between 6.00 am and 10.00 am”wherever appearing in clause 29.2(a).”
B. This order commences from the first full pay period on or after 23 March 2010.
