1. Further to the decision [2015] FWCFB 4735 issued by the Fair Work Commission on 17 July 2015,the following modern enterprise award is made:

2. The modern enterprise award is attached.

3. The following instruments are terminated pursuant to item 9(2)(a) of Schedule 6 to the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009.

(a) Australia Post General Conditions of Employment Award 1999 [AP766597];
(b) Australia Post Administrative / Professional Award 1999 [AP766598];
(c) Australia Post Operations Award 1999 [AP766599];and
(d) Australia Post Technical Award 1999 [AP766600].
