4 yearly review of modern awards –annual leave common issue –correction.

A. The determination issued by the Full Bench on 9 November 2017 [MA000001  PR597595] is corrected as follows:

1. By deleting clause 25.10(i) appearing in item A.1.

B. This determination comes into operation from 17 November 2017. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 17 November 2017.
