4 yearly review of modern awards –Casual employment and Part-time employment –rostering arrangements –Social,Community,Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.
1. By deleting clause 25.5(b) and inserting the following:
(b) Rostering arrangements and changes to rosters may be communicated by telephone,direct contact,mail,email,facsimile or any electronic means of communication.
B. This determination comes into operation from 1 October 2018. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 these items do not take effect until the start of the first full pay period on or after 1 October 2018.
