Funeral Industry Award 2010 –substantive issues.
A. Further to the decision  FWCFB 5082 issued by the Fair Work Commission,the above award is varied as follows:
1. By deleting clause 15.8 and inserting the following:
15.8 Where an employee is required to wear a uniform,the employer will reimburse the employee for the cost of purchasing and laundering the uniform.
2. By inserting clause 24.6 as follows:
24.6 Work performed by part time and casual employees as prescribed in clause 24 is subject to the applicable minimum engagement periods prescribed at clause 10.4(d) and 10.5(c) respectively.
B. In accordance with s 165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) this determination will take effect from the first full pay period which commences on or after 5 August 2019.
