Expense-related allowances.
A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009,the above award is varied as follows:
1. By deleting the amount “$15.29”appearing in clause 30.2(c)(ii) and inserting “$16.00”.
2. By deleting the amount “$28.94”appearing in clause 30.2(d)(ii) and inserting “$30.29”.
3. By deleting the amount “$14.70”appearing in clause 30.3(c)(ii) and inserting “$15.01”.
4. By deleting the amount “$14.70”appearing in clause 30.5(f)(ii) and inserting “$15.01”.
5. By deleting the amount “$15.31”appearing in clause 53.1(a) and inserting “$16.02”.
6. By deleting the table appearing in clause 53.1(b) and inserting the following:

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
