Expense-related allowances.

A. Pursuant to s.157 of the Fair Work Act 2009,the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the amount “$19.06”appearing in clause 17.2(b)(i) and inserting “$19.95”.

2. By deleting the amount “$15.83”appearing in clause 17.3(a)(i) and inserting “$16.17”.

3. By deleting the amount “$6.08”appearing in clause 17.5(c) and inserting “$6.20”.

4. By deleting the amount “$19.78”appearing in clause 17.5(d)(i) and inserting “$20.18”.

5. By deleting the amount “$3.55”appearing in clause 17.5(d)(iii) and inserting “$3.62”.

6. By deleting the amount “$503.89”appearing in clause 17.6(a)(i) and inserting “$514.05”.

7. By deleting the amount “$15.83”appearing in clause 17.6(a)(iii) and inserting “$16.17”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
