HEALTH PROFESSIONALS AND SUPPORT SERVICES AWARD 2020

Health sector awards –Pandemic Leave –award specific COVID-19 schedules –extending the operation of Schedule Y –Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020 –award varied.

A. Further to the Full Bench Statement [[2020] FWCFB 5578] and Decision [[2020] FWCFB 5768] issued by the Fair Work Commission on 20 October 2020 and 29 October 2020 respectively,the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the words “29 October 2020”in clause Y.1 and inserting “29 March 2021”.

2. By deleting the words “29 October 2020”in clause Y.4.5 and inserting “29 March 2021”.

B. This determination comes into operation on 29 October 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 29 October 2020.
