CONCRETE PRODUCTS AWARD 2020

Variation of modern award to correct error –Concrete Products Award 2020 –bituminous sprayer allowance—sand-blasting allowance –clause C.1.2 varied.

A. Further to the decision [[2021] FWC 3045] issued by the Fair Work Commission on 31 May 2021,the above award is varied as follows:

1. By inserting the words “or part thereof”after the words “per hour”in the fifth row of the table (Bituminous sprayer allowance—Sand-blasting allowance) appearing in clause C.1.2.

B. This determination comes into operation from 1 November 2020. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009,this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 November 2020.
