HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY (GENERAL) AWARD 2020

Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 - variation to remove ambiguity or uncertainty or correct error.

A. Further to the decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 26 October 2021 ([2021] FWC 6203) the above award is varied as follows:

1. By deleting the words ‘Club Plus Superannuation Pty Ltd’appearing in clause 27.4(d) and inserting the words ‘AustralianSuper’.

B. This determination comes into operation on 1 December 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 December 2021.
