Oil Refining and Manufacturing Award 2020 - variation to remove ambiguity or uncertainty or correct error.
A. Further to the decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 29 November 2021 [[2021] FWC 6461] the above award is varied as follows:
1. By inserting the words “or its successor”in clause 21.4 after the words “the following superannuation funds”.
B. This determination comes into operation on 29 November 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 1 December 2021.
