Application to vary modern award –Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 –Schedule K rate update resulting from the Annual Wage Review 2020–21 –correction

A. The determination issued by the Full Bench on 3 September 2021 [PR733534] is corrected as follows:

1. By inserting item A.3 as follows:

“By deleting the amounts “$3.46”and “$1.49”appearing in the example in clause K.5.5 and inserting “$3.55”and “$1.53”respectively.”

B. This determination comes into operation on 10 December 2021. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect in relation to a particular employee until the start of the employee’s first full pay period that starts on or after 10 December 2021.
