Section 160 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) –variation on the Commission’s own motion –correction of an error –Horse and Greyhound Training Award 2020.
A. Further to the decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 14 October 2022 [[2022] FWC 2765],the above award is varied as follows:
1. By deleting clause 9.2.
2. By renumbering clause 9.1 as a paragraph.
3. By renumbering clauses 9.1(a) as clause 9.1.
4. By renumbering clause 9.1(b) as clause 9.2.
B. This determination comes into operation from 28 October 2022. In accordance with s.165(3) of the Fair Work Act 2009 this determination does not take effect until the start of the first full pay period that starts on or after 28 October 2022.
